1. Business Identity

Sineta Enterprises, operating under the brand name Purpose Solids, provides manufacturing and printing services. Both names represent the same company.

2. Orders & Customization

  • All customized products (visiting cards, stickers, tags, etc.) are produced based on customer-approved designs.

  • Once production begins, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying design proofs before final approval.

3. Payments

  • Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

  • Full or partial advance may be required for customized orders.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on order quantity and customization level.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

5. Refund Policy

  • Since products are customized, returns or refunds are not applicable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. WhatsApp Communication

Our website is integrated with WATI (WhatsApp Business API platform) for customer communication. By contacting us via WhatsApp, you agree to receive order-related messages and updates.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, product designs, and website content are the property of Sineta Enterprises / Purpose Solids and may not be copied without permission.
